You can request a refund of the amount paid on a plan within 7 days of payment confirmation.

Reimbursement:
Within 10 working days, the refund request will be sent to the credit card or checking account with the same ownership as the one who requested the refund.

The availability of values will occur in accordance with the rules of the card company or bank.
